WAV - (Waveform Audio File Format) The highest resolution audio file format. It's a studio quality sounding audio file. These are large audio files and they take up a lot of space on your computer/device's hard drive/memory. You will need to have a player that will play a WAV format file. iTunes will play WAV files. However, WAV is also good if you want to have it as a master file to do your own conversions to FLAC, AAC, MP3, etc. Please do not purchase the WAV files unless you understand how to make them work for your application.
